Directed by Martin Busker In collaboration with Constantin Päplow, who was tasked with modelling & texturing, the challenge was to create a photoreal digital helicopter for half a dozen shots, flying in and landing on the hospital rooftop at a pivotal point in the movie, digital pilots included. Instead of relying on background footage shot, the environment was created based on panoramic photography and matte paintings. |
